Aberystwyth Alumni Club of Malaysia video was produced with 3 things in mind:
1) Aberystwyth and Aberystwyth University;
2) Aberystwyth Alumni Club of Malaysia activities;
3) Congratulatory message to HRH Tuanku Muhriz over his recent installation (26 October 2009) as the 11th Yang DiPertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan. These objectives were done with interviews of Aberites over 5 decades, namely from graduates of the 1950s to 1990s.

Tan Sri Arshad Ayub's birthday cake.
Birthday cake for the founding president of the Aberystwyth University Alumni Club of Malaysia, Tan Sri Arshad Ayub (TSA) who celebrates his 81st birthday on 15 November 2009. The Old crest of University College of Wales Aberystwyth since 1872 represented on the left (2-D) and the new Aberystwyth University logo on the right with the 2 Dragons in 3-D made of sugarpaste.
The golden bridge is symbolic of TSA as a bridge linking the past and current & old and young in keeping the communication and relationship between Malaysia & Aberystwyth, Wales strong over the last 50 years.
The writing on the old crest in Welsh 'Nid Byd, Byd Heb Wybodaeth' means 'A World Without Knowledge is No World At All'.
The cake on the left is Vanilla Buttercake & on the right is Chocolate Fudge cake. The cake was presented after the video presentations were made.
