The 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held successfully on Saturday, 23rd June 2007 at the residence of Mr. Fariz Abu Bakar. Here is the Agenda of the AGM:
1. Address by the President
2. Confirmation of minutes of the last AGM held on the 25th November 2006
3. Matters arising out of the Minutes
4. To receive the Report of the Executive Committee on the activities of the Club for June 2006 - June 2007
5. To receive Treasurer's Report and the Audited Statement of Accounts, 2006
6. To elect new Executive Committee
7. To appoint auditor(s) for the ensuing 2 years
8. To consider and approve Resolutions, if any
9. Any other business
10. BBQ Dinner
Congratulations to all the new Exco Members (newly elected and reelected) and a VERY BIG Thank you to all the previous Exco Members 2005/2007. You guys did and excellent job!
